My appointment was Scheduled and had on time they were curtious and professional they were informative and helpful and patient they answered questions and had a very wide selection of frames to choose from the wait on the return of your glasses is a little longer than some places but we'll worth the wait .when I call they answered the phone when I come there the office is open Every time and someone has always been at the front desk to greet me they are personable and made me feel comfortable and important not like I was just a insurance number.i recommend them to everyone I know.thanks and keep up the good work guys!!!

I don't understand the low reviews. I make my appointment. Show up. They do their test. I pick my glasses and I'm out. There isn't even much talking to do. Sure there might be a long wait sometimes. But how often do you come get glasses? Anyways. I recomment them. My only problem now is that they no longer accept my insurance.

Waste of time don't come here the front staff is rude and have a bad attitude. They don't pay attention to you and could careless about you and your eyes.

My son paid for this bad experience. His first pair of glasses the hinge came off from one of the temples. It was repaired, but soon after the temples fit so wide his glasses fell off his face consistently. I learned this office gives low qualify glasses and charges your insurance for it. Suspiciously, when I requested his vision prescription the associate wasn't able to provide it to me because he was due for an eye exam. It has yet to be 12 months since he's been seen. This associate lied. Please take your insurance and children elsewhere.

Least helpful staff and didn't work with me so we can both work together to get my card information, no effort whatsoever
