Elite Family Care

I absolutely love working with Elite Family Care! I have been a nanny for over 8 years and I have never found such an amazing agency. They really take the time to match up nannies with families and make sure it’s a great match. It helps eliminate nannies and families who aren’t serious or safe. They back ground check all of the nannies and have spoken with each family personally. I speak with Tiffany daily and the owner Debra checks in wth me weekly just to see how my placement is going and how I’m adjusting. They really care about both the families and the nannies and I myself have met some amazing families along the way! :)

We are so pleased with Elite Family Care. We have been using them for many years and we know that our kids are ALWAYS in good hands. I felt comfortable from the start the day I met Debra. She works hard and finds reliable, competent employees.

I will strongly recommend Elite family care to everyone! From the moment I met with Debra I knew we where in good hands. I had just about enough of trying to find a reliable person to come work in my home. Every online app or company just was not cutting it. Elite found me coverage on my short notice and found us a temp nanny right away! The sitters and nannies at Elite are screened and certified. They show up everyday and my kids loved them. Finding Debra and Elite was a blessing! Don't waste your time anywhere else.

We had Elite Family Care find us a sitter for 2 nights while we were on a trip to Florida last weekend. Our sitter, Dominique, was a true professional and took the best care for our 6 month old daughter. She honestly relieved any worries/nerves I had about leaving our daughter with a "stranger" (who in fact wasn't a stranger after 5 minutes and felt like we had known her for a long time)! We immediately felt that our daughter was in trustworthy, reliable, and experienced hands with Dominique. We would recommend Elite Family Care to friends and family after such a great experience.
