Very prompt, very courteous, and absolutely wonderful with children! Cecilia was so wonderful. Not sure what bothered who rated he company below a 5 star experienced. This is a very dependable and professional organization. Love their service. Excellent!!!! Would give them a 10 if available.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Babysitting Company. My fiancee and I just used their services to hire a dogsitter for our Collie and Aussie while on vacation in Miami. They were so helpful with getting us booked and organized, and our sitter, Maria, was a dream. She was SO good with our boys, both of whom are over 50 lbs even though they're still puppies. We came home to two very happy dogs and I was able to get the emergency dental work that I needed with peace of mind knowing that they were well cared for the entire time. The booking and payment processes are seamless, and their willingness to find the perfect sitter for every situation is pretty extraordinary. All in all, I will most definitely be recommending The Babysitting Company to anyone I know who needs a sitter for their children and/or dogs.

I have been working at The Babysitting Company for several years now and I love it!! Working with Rachel and her team, is amazing! They are really nice, helpful and understanding. The company takes pride in offering the best services to their clients, they make sure that they have the best sitters that will go above and beyond to make the customers happy. As a sitter I would highly recommend hiring The Babysitting Company, I can guarantee you that the children safety is their priority. They have have a very strict hiring process from background checks to drug test, they make sure that the customers know their children are in safe hands!!

Lousy services. Female on the phone was rude and impatient. Would it kill you to let a potential customer finish their sentence? Here's a suggestion, hire competent people who are actually polite. Also, $80 for 4 hours and you don't take cash? Someone else mentioned that this company overcharges often and I definitely believe it now.

I have been working for the babysitting company for about 2 years and I LOVE it!! As a sitter, I always bring a kid kit, which is a bag full of activities toys and games that are sanitized and age appropriate. Working as a babysitter, it been flexible with my schedule and rewarding on my soul. I truly believe The Babysitting Company has been the missing link in this day and age and cannot wait to have kids of my own. I know when I do, I will be contacting this company as all their sitters go through an extensive interview process including drug testing, background check and minimum of 5 years experience. I wouldn't want anything less caring for my future kids, especially since they have sitters all around the USA including Chicago, NY, LA, Orlando and of course Miami. Cannot say enough kind words!!
