Elizabeth Police Department

ill give it two stars...only because some of the officers acted professionally and seemed to have a understanding that their job isn't only for busting kids with pot. Other then that everything about this station to the court room should be looked at and revamped. they have officers who purely stop on racial profiling, with out having any other reasoning. They also seem to have tendencies to not do the right thing and call out the fellow officers who are clearly not going about the job the right way. Ive seen it first hand..as it seems to be treated more as " oh boy look at what this fool did now"

good when they arrive, sadly 1 and a half hours after being called EVERY SINGLE TIME, i had to call them 3 times (because we live in Elizabeth) and every single time it took them more than an hour and a half to arrive ,consider yourself HAPPY if they take the same time your pizza delivery guy takes to deliver your muzzarella sticks , most of the time, the problem will work itself out before they come , and you will be having to get off bed in the middle of the night to talk to them about how there is no more problem, or just call them back and tell them your suspect is already gone, if you are still alive that is, and the female officer in the front desk just treat people as if she is tired of doing charity. Thanks guys, way to remind us how we are not important enough because this is the ghetto.

I guess you have already figured out why it received only 1 star! Showing courtesy and professionalism should be an officer’s policy because they are the examples that people will follow in a society.

You could be getting robbed and they take hours to get to you, but they're quick to give you parking tickets even if your car is disabled. Shame on them.
