Elle Day Spa At The Crowne Plaza

I went with two friends for a girls spa day. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. The facility itself is a bit on the smaller side, but everything is clean, comfortable, etc. I had the vitamin facial with peel added on, and cloud 9 pedicure. Both were awesome but the facial was the real stand out. All the products used were fantastic, and the experience was extremely pleasant and relaxing! I also noticed a significant difference in my skin by the next day. Some lingering acne had cleared up and facial scarring noticably diminished. My friends both got pedicures and massages and loved their services as well. What makes this place special is the awesome service. I wish I could remember the name of woman who did both services for me, she was really friendly and did a great job. But honestly, every single person we encountered was really nice and made us feel extremely welcome.

I got there for 11:45 for an 80 min massage. The young lady at the front was attending to a conversation for about 3 to 5 minutes and didn't acknowledge me until I started gazing a little intensely. So l proceed to the waiting area and then escorted to the room by my masseuse. My massage began around 12 and ended at 1:05 cutting about 15 minutes from my massage which is $115. I bought this to the front end associate to no avail. I proceded to pay and left with no incident but it totally took away from the experience.

I was fortunate to get a last-minute appointment for a shellac manicure right before the holiday weekend so that was the first great part about most recent experience at Elle. Most of all though, I had a very enjoyable time and she did a fantastic job with my manicure. My nails look and feel wonderful and I expect they will for at least two solid weeks. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I got a gift certificate to Elle Day Spa and immediately used it for a much needed massage - what a great gift! The day spa itself is beautiful and serene and after a blissful hour I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Couldn't have gotten a better gift...

I love it at the Elle Day Spa! I had the pleasure of going here during a stay at the Crowne Plaza and I was so pleasantly thrilled with it that I keep going back. The staff is amazing. So far I have had a massage, a cloud nine pedicure, a manicure, and a make-up application. Every time I go there I love it and can't wait to return! Best spa in the Berkshires by far!
