First off - Andrea's review is laughable. Stopping to be kind and let people go ahead of you is NOT against the law nor did it ever result in an accident. This is called Slander Andrea and checking in on all your other reviews, you hate everyone. Take a shot of whiskey and get some friends because at some point, someone is going to take you to court for your 31 reviews of one stars. Second, I worked there. I quit because of people like Andrea. They want everyone to do things THEIR way for THEIR kids and don't care about the other kids on the bus. It's kids like Andrea's who make the job the hell that it is.

Keep seeing their drivers stop in the middle of a busy double lined road to wave people on side streets waiting to make left hand turns out into oncoming traffic. One time this resulted in an accident and the bus just drove away. When I called the bus lines, over 10min after the accident happened, they had no idea about the accident... the driver had driven off I assumed she would at least dispatch in to get somebody to call for help. Despite this, I have had their drivers to this to me several times on the same busy road including this morning. Luckily I know not to pull out, if a driver has stopped to let you turn in front of them, epecially if they drive for Elliott bus lines! This morning had somebody else been in my position they might have been directed into oncoming traffic as there was another vehicle coming up alongside the bus. When I called the bus line to let them know, their drivers were stopping when they have the right away to direct people in safely into traffic, I was barely able to explain in full detail before being rudely interrupted by the manager, who was overly emotional and irate. I was berated and asked condescending questions about myself that implied I was making it up and stated I was slandering their drivers. Not once did they address the concern or say they were going to talk with the drivers. Not once. I was screamed at and hung up on. It scares me because I know they drive children and their manager is too immature to deal with anybody who might phone in with a concern. Please contact me if you have your own horror stories about this bus line as I want to move forward in getting them removed from the schools my children attend or will be attending. There has to be a consequence for being so unprofessional about a job that has so much responsibility.

Requested a quote by phone. It took WEEKS. A friend booked a bus and it didn't come. Extremely disorganized company.
