Coach Canada

Booked an event with the company recently for an event to Montreal during the Halloween weekend (Oct 27th-Oct 29th), and purchased two coach buses. We started planning with them over a month in advance to ensure everything is settled and organized, however that definatley wasn't the case. They referred us to three different sales reps (one wasn't even a sales rep, so we had to get a new one a week prior the trip since no one was answering/returning our calls). If it wasn't for us calling head office directly, we probably would not of had our buses show up the day of our trip (When we finally got our third rep, we were also told that there wasn't a itinerary added to our trip, so our previous sales reps didn't even bother putting any of the info we sent over a month in advance in!!) Both bus drivers had different itineraries, causing them to push back our trip over an hour since one of the drivers came over an hour later than the scheduled start time. They would throw unknown random charges at us for reasons we were not told about. One of our drivers + the third sales rep told on our way to Montreal that they were going to leave us in the middle of the streets and threatened to leave us and over 100+ of our constituents stranded if we went over their times (which we made sure of that we didn't but they still decided to argue with us and pick fights whenever possible to end earlier). I could honestly go on, but overall it was just a very unorganized trip, and they lacked communication. Making sure that we will not be providing business with them for our school's events in the future.

Recently booked a trip to transport my son's hockey team for an out of town game. Driver showed up 25 mins late with no explanation. DVD player remote was missing and we could not properly use the player. Sent a couple of emails to the company asking for a reason but no reply. Pretty disappointing.

The website needs improvement but the service, equipment, prices and schedules are great unlike any other bus carrier in Canada.

My only place to go when i need to head back to waterloo. They even have the storage for u to lock your belongings
