Called this company to get a quote for a company outing, and got a price. Had to present it to my team. Called back to book at quoted price, and they said they didn't and wouldn't have gave that price, and wanted me to book at a higher price. Be careful.

Our business had an event in Toronto in July 2017. We needed to book a bus for a tour for our clients. Not only was Royal Charter Services the most economical choice, they had the buses we needed available and worked with our intricate tour itinerary. The customer service Kanna provided arranging all the details was top notch. He was so responsive and guided us through this process and the payment was easy to make. The buses were on time and clean and the drivers were friendly and drove very safe. We could not be happier with our experience with Royal Charter Services. We highly recommend them and will use them again. Thank you Royal Charter Services for helping make our event a great success!

Manager Kanna is very helpful and sincere and he showed me the fleet before the contract finalized. He promised that our bus will be the latest model and we paid full amount with premium. Since he is good and trustworthy, on the day of travel 20th May 2017 he send 1999 year model bus from some other company. The bus was good, except in two things. We were forced to use umbrella and rain coat to escape from the rain water dripping thru the windows and roof. Since bus was in good condition like race car, we were able to reach our destination always late. Thanks Kanna for your sincere deal to me and always provide such service to everyone. Long live as Royal gutter in charter service.
