I consider myself fairly hard to please, but our experience with Phoenix in arranging transportation for a family outing involving stops in Cobourg, Peterborough, Whitby and Toronto was first-rate from beginning to end. Courtney was our go-to person in head office. She was pleasant, efficient, patient and prompt in answering all my many questions and lining everything up. Give her 10 out of 10. Mike our driver showed up right on time, helped us install a few birthday celebration decorations, was gracious in every way and patient with four energetic little kids. Most important he got us there and back safely. Give him 10 out of 10. And, yes, the bus was spotless - seemed brand new. Give it a 10 too. Companies can paint a pretty picture on their websites, but few really deliver the goods. It's great to find a business that is actually as good as its website claims.
