Elliott has a strong understanding of legal issues as they relate to trusts and estates. He is very professional and is able to put what can be a confusing and emotional topic into concise and simplified terms. The drafts he provides include footnotes to clarify "legalese" that is often hard to understand. Final trust documents are comprehensive and high quality. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to create an estate plan.
