I called to request a meeting with Nancy to resolve the issue as outlined in my grievance and as stated in her response. However it appears there is no interest in a resolution as meeting was rejected. Actions speak loudly.

I just want to say how great it is to work with such a wonderful group of experienced and professional attorneys. Their level of knowledge and competence is unmatched. Nancy and her team have delivered the best work for me with several cases and I would recommend their law office and none other. Thank you for your attention to the law and the detailed work that requires. It is refreshing to work with a firm that is the best in their field.

The loan is secured by the mortgage therefore a Certificate of Transfer can be requested and issued by the court. This firm denied me of this right. This basic knowledge of the law was claimed to be unknown by the firm who specializes in probate law. The questionable lack of knowledge was acknowledged in court by Ms. Roberson. Even upon this gross error being brought out in court the firms lack of integrity to correct their mistake of misrepresenting my case, which caused an additional year of unnecessary cost and grief on behalf of "their client," there is yet to b a simple apology for the mishandled case. And although the judge verbally reprimanded this behavior of their negligence, it takes integrity for the firm to speak up and acknowledge a credit is warranted for any charges beyond the date of when the CT should have been originally filed. Integrity In which this firm clearly lacks. I would recommend finding a firm that truly works in the best interest of their client as opposed to prolonging cases to increase theiir revenue based off the unfortunate circumstances of the death of a loved one.
