Loved the training they gave! Most of my experience is in digital marketing, so this was new for me. I wanted to learn something new in marketing to make my skills more well rounded! Great opportunities!

I have been working with Emanation for 2 months now and it is great! I am getting to apply everything I learned in school to the real world. We work hard and we play hard. Love this career!

I've been at Emanation for a couple months now, and I love it here! I did a lot of entry level jobs out of college and I was looking for something that I could progress and develop in without having had a lot of previous experience. There hours are sometimes a little longer, but that's not something that I personally mind.

I was hired on as “HR director” at Emanation marketing, it was entirely misleading and I was actually 100% recruiting. I really tried to make the best of it and help the company improve their online presence. But unfortunately from the time I was hired my pay was consistently wrong. First it was the wrong hourly wage, TWICE. After that was corrected I was promised that I would receive an check to compensate the missing rate per hour, it took over 3 months and me pushing the owner Tabatha every week about it. Most of the time I was brushed off and told it was “out of her hands”. I was also promised $25 commission per person hired that I recruited. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMISSION IN THE ENTIRE 3 MONTHS I WORKED THERE. Despite hiring on multiple people. In my opinion the owner just doesn’t really know much about running a legitimate business, she overworks her employees while talking down about them to the other reps. I was luckily enough to see an owner from Houston named Dana who ran her business right and it was really inspiring! Unfortunately I felt constant anxiety while working there under extreme micro management with unrealistic goals. I had to even email the owner of emanation marketing several times after ending my employment there to try to track down my final check, she was less than responsive, it took multiple emails and phone calls just to get a rude short response. I loved the team there and I really hope they move on to find healthier work environments and thrive!

I've been with Emanation for several months now and I'm fortunate that I have found a career here. The culture is friendly and supportive, yet challenging at the same time. And the management is awesome! Feedback and learning opportunities for managers like myself is great and extremely effective for growth. I would highly recommend this company for those looking for a strong opportunity and growth experience.
