Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Ayrsley

This Embassy Suites presented a great breakfast and cocktail reception for guests. The kitchen staff were very friendly. Front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. Rooms could handle a deeper cleaning inspection between guests.

GR8T HOT BREAKFAST & AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY STAFF. HAPPY HOUR FROM 5:30P.M. -7P.M. 2 FREE COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS. DA BARTENDER WAS AWESOME...TIP UR BARTENDERS & ANY SERVING/HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. SWIMMING POOL, FITNESS CENTER, & CONFERENCE ROOMS. VERY SERENE PLACE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

There was no restaurant open in the whole hotel and the bar wasn't open, we were not informed of this when booking. The A/C in the room was not very good, it never got cooled down enough. The room was nice though.

We always love our experience with Embassy Suites and stay whenever we get the change. This location was no different. Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, food was good. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I'm a Hilton Honors member and I was pleased at the price and I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and informative. My room was amazing and very clean. The hotel is located in a great area where a lot of amenities are in walking distance. I will definitely be returning. Nothing to complain about at all. Awesome stay.
