I have done business with EMCO for over 20 years. They do great work. They are reasonable people. And they are a pleasure to work with because they are knowledgeable, competent and most importantly, cooperative.
Great company to work with.

Although I was not sure where to go when prototyping my new products, I called various companies including a rep for China that handles many products like mine. Emco was by far and away the easiest to work with. As with anything, having clear and precise blueprints and outlines made it simple to communicate. As this other reviewer comments, it is easy to have items cut improperly or holes placed in the wrong location, IF you do not present a company with proper documentation. I WISH I didn't have to pay for all my proper blueprinting and design, but it cost me many thousands more than what he was stating. Hey buddy, it's a bargain, snatch it up!
Emco helped procure the best plastic for my product which was meant to operate under volatile temperatures. Emco also had this covered and even helped me understand the basic principles and properties I should be looking for. Although they cost more than using an overseas supplier, I'm really happy to work with these guys. Mark and Jim were especially helpful. Thanks guys!

I would suggest staying away from this company. If they had a zero star I would give it to them.
We were quoted and promised a product which met the grade of plastic we asked for and required minimal cutting. Basically a flat sheet in a rectangle of a specific size with corners rounded. I brought out prototypes for each piece and talked with Amy the sales rep. in person. She never questioned their ability to do what we needed and promissed it would be good.
What we got was an inferior grade of plastic which had mounting holes we didn't ask for and corners that were close to 90 degrees. Amy ran from the project even after admitting they had used the wrong material, added cuts which weren't required and cut the corners wrong.
Bill the owner, ended up asking us to pay $400 for each "engineered drawing". I almost choked when I heard this. Then he requoted us at 175% the original quote per piece. The difference in cost for the raw material was less than $40 dollars a sheet and they wanted us to pay more than $100 for the large pieces and as much as $2000 for the small pieces. No extra labor versus the original quote?
Just bad business and price gouging! Stay away they will bait and switch you!

We opened a new bakery and had EMCO manufacture all of the displays that we needed. A+++ service. The wife and I did not know where to start, after one phone call we knew this was the place for us...
This is all new to me, I could not ask for a better service and the GREAT quality bins and acrylic displays

All I have to say is that these guys got it together. I had this little problem to take care of, and these guys just took care of it with class and respect. Everything's now back to normal and things are almost back to normal. Now if the Obama can just get this economy back in shape, I'll be back to sellin donuts, if you know what I mean...
