My experience from beginning to end was amazing. The customer service I received here was the best from any other dental office I’ve ever been to. You can tell the genuinely care about their patients. The receptionist gave me finance options and even recommended a pharmacy so I could get my medications quicker. The doctors made me feel so comfortable and at home. 10/10 honestly! Can’t wait to go back!

I traveled to Houston for a wedding, and had an unfortunate incident with a fork and pasta which caused an already bonded tooth to break off completely. I called Saturday morning as soon as they opened they got me in quickly. Dr. G and his staff were phenomenal from reception to his assistant! They made me so comfortable and I was done in an hour! I come from a town where this service is not available on such short notice. I probably would have had to wait until Monday or Tuesday to have my tooth fixed. All in all, I am so grateful for the staff here and their excellent service start to finish, because I am now able to attend the wedding ALL SMILES !

I have been dealing with an infection for well over a month. I was able to get a same day appointment. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and bone grafting within an hour. The staff was very warm, professional and very skilled at what they do. They even had me laughing and I was in a terrible mood. I’m beyond happy with the results.

I took my mother here for an emergency tooth extraction after not being able to get an appointment for weeks at her provider. Imagine not being able to eat due to discomfort at 89yrs old. Everyone was so kind personable and professional. Maria and the technician I believe his name was Max, sorry if incorrect were great too. My mother loved the care she received and would like to continue her dental care here. Only problem is she’s out of network but still considering. Dr. Nahss was wonderful kind patient and very compassionate. He offered affordable recommendations for future care and the extraction was PAINLESS! Mother is doing beautifully post procedure. The procedure was painless and the Dentist was very gentle. Thank you for the experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went early Saturday morning for a tooth extraction, I was in out within 1 hour. Everyone at the office was very nice, patient and caring. The Doctor was even awesome. Office was clean. Will return for more dental work.

I have a wisdom tooth that needs to be pulled. So I called the SE Emergency Dental Care USA on gulf Fwy yesterday to schedule an appointment and discuss payment options. I spoke to the staff at the front desk over the phone yesterday. I explained to her the problem with my tooth and that I just wanted to get it extracted. I also did explain that I just paid my bills and didn't have the extra funds to cover to cost of the extraction. She didn't not discuss a payment option with me, but told me unfortunately they could not help me. After we got off the phone I decided to called back to see if I could get a different opinion. And what do you know success. Another staff person sent me a link to a third party pay later cash option. Everything seemed to be alright until I went there today in person and ended up speaking with the same staff person who denied me service over the phone yesterday, and she pretty much did me the same way today. I informed her my phone was off and asked if they had guest wifi so I could confirm the verification code for the cash option. I was charged to be evaluated when I simply just needed a wisdom tooth pulled. Then I was called back up to the front and they want me to pay more money to get the tooth pulled. They did not work with me at all of which the third party payment option and what they were trying to charge me wasn't even worth the trip. All they did was gave me two drug prescriptions. So I called another dentist and explained my situation to them. They scheduled me an appointment and said they would extract the tooth and bill me later. So when I called SE Emergency Dental Care USA back and informed the staff at the front desk, that I just spoken to another dentist clinic, and that I would not be moving forward with them, I asked for a refund and stated I would return the prescriptions back to them. She said that because I visited their office today I was being charged for the evaluation.

Stars can't express how thankful I am for them. They were kind and non judgemental. They gave me a realistic plan to do what needed to be done with a reasonable price. They definitely made me feel like ease dental work is scary I was in tears when I got there and now I feel so much better about it. Dr. Nahhas and the entire staff deserve way more than just five stars.

Visited this dentist after a root canal at another dentist and my temporary crown came off. I had called and they said they had openings available within the hour. This was late afternoon on a Friday. My other dentist could not get me back in until the following week. Immediately as I walked in I was greated by name after I said I had called earlier. The administrative staff was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation and assured me that my issue would be resolved that evening. They were very upfront about how they worked financially and what could be expected with cost. They help me way my options and gave me time to decide waiting even after I spoke to the dentist. I filled out some paperwork and went right back. After speaking with the dental assistant and getting some xrays done the dentist came right in and spoke with me. I explained the entire situation from beginning to that point and the dentist listened attentively and without interruptions. The dentist ask me what I was wanting to do and I explained what I was concerned about. He was very open about what he thought and said I didn't need to worry and that my situation was fine and I didn't need to rush. I had an appointment already scheduled with my normal dentist for the crown next week but was unsure about the temporary falling off. The dentist said he would love to do the work but it was not necessary and I could wait until my appointment later. He also gave my some advice on other things he saw going on but was not pushy about him doing the work. He said for me to come back anytime if I had questions, needed another opinion or needed something done. He would be happy to help. He said he loves what he does and loves to help people and doesn't push people to do unnecessary treatments. He has been a dentist since the 80's and is very knowledgeable and has great concern about his patients. He is truly and old school genuine doctor. Thank you Dr. Bob and thanks to your great team.

Great Customer Service, Besides The Horrible Event Of Having Teeth Pulled.. I Called This Office ER Dental Care After Another Practice Was Unable To Assist. Explained My Situation And They Got Me In Right Away. Shoutout To The Ladies At The Front Desk!! They Are Awesome, Helpful And Very Welcoming. The Back End Staff/Doc Was Also Great Even Though I Bit His Finger A Couple Times You All Made This A Smooth & Easy Experience! Thank You.
