Empire Dental

I really like the dentist here, but they really just don't have things together. I have on more than one occasion shown up to an appointment and no one was there and they don't utilize call forwarding to give you someone to contact. After a visit I noticed my payment hadn't gone through over a week later I contacted them and they asked me to pay again. Only to double charge me suddenly 3 months later on. They initially acted extremely rude and arrogant when I tried to resolve the issue and was only able to resolve after a circular argument. They must have an issue with being targeted by dishonest people in general because they are consistently very distrustful even to guest they have a good track record with. The lab they work with is completely unreliable and I was left without a permanent crown for over two months. I just don't think this is a reliable fuss free place to go.

I went over for a tooth extraction and the prices without insurance are great! Completely professional environment and great communication! I wish I had asked for names however my procedure was done so quickly, there wasn’t much need. Truly a pleasant facility, the area may be questionable but the service is A1. Thanks again guys!

Great service! The staff is very helpful & the main dentist & dentist assistants were gentle & caring with my daughter.. they made sure they answered all my questions before i left. They call you a couple days prior to remind you about your appointments. Everyone is awesome.

It was an awesome visit with my children doctors n nurses where amazing the whole staff so patient n kind and most definitely can work with children an keep them pretty distracted and the work done without any extra crying on the room thank you …

I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Adams. There was no pain, and no hassle. Also, I made no appointment, and was seen immediately. I was surprised that the x-ray/examination fee was affordable. The cost of the extraction was about average. I'm definitely going back to this dental office.

The dentist was soo nice also the staff super friendly.patient and had the time to explain and answer any questions.clean place.

I had pain going on my left side I couldn't eat anything without hurting I had a appointment to see a dentist but they canceled on me told me I had to wait on Wednesday I couldn't wait until Wednesday lucky for me a coworker gave the number to Empire Dental Center I called them say they accepted walk up i couldn't be happier I went there two days ago the staff was Friendly Great Customer Service took care of my problem 5 star's

OMG Super Professional ..Female Doctor and assistant made my son feel comfortable they told him what was gonna happen step by step..Definitely coming back here.... Also staff was super nice ..
