I’ve never had a good experience at the dentist. So my ex recommended this place. There’s a bit of a wait. But good reason as there’s a hefty amount of appointments and walk ins. That being said all of the dental assistants and the dentist Mrs. Evelyn are the best. They worked with me on my dental and financial plan. All while helping me feel less stressed about the whole process. I’ve already recommended several friends and family members and will be completing all of my dental work here.

Excellent experience and I felt like a person rather than a number. I was treated with the utmost respect. I was explained procedures in detail before anything was done. Everyone was professional. Everyone spoke understandably. You were provided the name of everone you came in contact with. I received the best care by this office. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Just terrible. I’ve had many fillings through the time I’ve had dental work done and never in my life has this happened. I got a filling here, ended up with pain after leaving. I thought it may had be normal, however, this pain lasted several days. I couldn’t chew on it for almost a week. Had to get fillings again, just for them to tell me I may have a fracture. I’ve never had pain on this tooth before, however now that I get my feelings done here I do? Very questionable. I’ve been here 3 times for the same reason just to be forwarded to someone else. Fortunately for them, they have really nice staff. If it were up to me, I would highly recommend anywhere but here.

I would recommend Jefferson Dental & Orthotics @ the Lyons location. Dr. Colon and her team did a wonderful job in treating my niece and nephew! Thanks! God bless you all!

My family has been long time patients here at this office. I called to set an appointment for my son and was told by Abigail, that he has had 2 no shows and can not set an appointment. I will take my business else where, as my husband and I spend money on our glasses I'm more then happy to fine some one who is will to help, and take care of us. Thank you for your assistants in the past, looks like we will be looking somewhere else for service.

It was a good experience at first, but now it’s so hard to get an appointment. They never work around your schedule I’ve been trying to get seen for my braces adjustments & general because I’m having pain, I make appointments and they cancel them right on the spot , even an “emergency “ appt . They have already canceled so many of my appointments, it’s ridiculous. They always say they’re booked all the way till the month or so. At this point don’t go here , they have no consideration of YOUR time. If I don’t answer they automatically cancel your appt it’s stupid. Don’t waste your time.

drove 45 minutes to see the orthodontist just to be told I couldn’t see him because I owed a balance which I already planned on paying when I got there The lady at the front desk with the Astros shirt on, told me it was $303 and I had brought exactly $300. I told her all I had to my name was $300. When I asked her, would THREE dollars make me miss my appointment, she very nonchalantly said “Yea, sorry.” First of all, I don’t even see the orthodontist every month, I see him every 6-8 weeks because of their super packed schedule. But YET, I’m still expected to pay monthly for services I’m not even receiving. I was willing to overlook that contradiction but not if they’re going to be money hungry and cancel my appointment that I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for over THREE dollars. I will be trying to get in touch with corporate.

Front staff are rude, short and inept. Tried to setup appointment that had to be cancelled multiple times because they do not know how to do their job up front. The only saving grace for this location is the orthodontist and dentist. The staff in the back are great. The front folks would rather be on their socials on their phone than do their job.

If i could give them a 10 star I would. Great experience overall. Staff was AMAZING. Great communication very professional.

For sure this was the best service I received in a dentist, the dentist and staff were wonderful and really friendly and fast. And my treatment was pain free I’ll recommend Jefferson dental to all my friends and family GOOD JOB
