Emperor's Japanese Grill

Went in and ordered 3 meals and a 6 count order of egg rolls. The young woman taking the order should not be there. When I asked what kind of rice they use, her response was going over the chicken, pork and shrimp fried rice. I clarified again about the type of rice and she was completely dumbfounded. She looked at me like there is only one kind of rice. The meals should not have contained mushrooms but had them anyway, the inside of the egg rolls were ice cold, and the rice and veggies were undercooked. It was a terrible experience

I stopped going here forever ago and decided to try them out again. So happy I did. The place is clean now and the food is back on point! This is like my 3rd or 4th time coming back since. Order dumplings if you want your mind blown. Lol.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times. I should learn my lesson. Every time the food is not very good. I always enjoy the food from the East Location. We ordered Hibachi chicken tonight and it was terrible. Looked nothing like the photo on menu, there was no sauce or sesame seeds as in the photo. I should have just got the rice. I posted photos of what we received and a photo of what we thought we were getting. I will continue to go to the other locations, just not this one..

When part of our food got to the table it was cold and had to send it back it get warmed up when the egg rolls came out broke one in half and it was frozen in the middle. Not a very good first experience.Food: 2/5

Used to be really good. Beef was yuck. Not great hibachi beef anymore. Bring back the old recipe and cuts of beef.

Dinner was good. If you need extra rice a side of fried rice is like 2.50. It's a great deal to add on to your dinner plate.

Every time I go in there the ac is broke or offf, the pop taste like it needs a filter or something, and cooking skills are on a huge decline. Get some help that is worth the money you pay because the ones you have now are lazy i spent 35 dollars on garbage! That will definitely be the absolute last time I step foot in that trash establishment. This is about the 3rd time now

This is a good place to eat. They make each order fresh and fast. They give you a lot of food for a decent price. There is plenty of seating indoors or they can give you a quick carry out order. They have a good variety of choices. If you dine in, a downfall is they have limited drink choices with sodas on the machine often are "out." They have updated their menu to nice, scrolling Tvs to better show you their options.

They forgot my order and after several people getting theirs first that ordered after me, a lady asked what my order was. They made it, I went home, the order was wrong. Food tasted good but upset my stomach pretty quickly. Granted, this was 1 bad experience but I would give them a 2nd chance.
