I'm a repeat customer and that should say something by itself! Empire Auto Glass takes appointments, but it is equally easy to get the same quality service as a walk-in. I had a windshield with a foot long crack replaced yesterday.  The owner did the job quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price.  As I left, he patiently walked me through the care instructions for a week after the repair job. A great experience again! (And if you come early in the year they give their customers really cool free calendars :-) )

This place has the best customer service I've ever experienced! They are very friendly and they don't try to rip you off. They have very fair prices and the owner is very nice. I recommend them to everyone. Don't be fooled by the other places this is the place to go.

After the crack on my windshield started to spread I started calling around to get estimates on the cost and then a friend recommended Empire Auto Glass. I called them and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. The price was extremely reasonable, the customer service and staff was amazing and super friendly, and the service and work itself was done really well! When I had called to provide the information for my car, I had accidentally given them the wrong year and they had ordered the wrong windshield because of that. Without hesitation they quickly ordered the correct windshield for my car and offered to replace it the next day. Excellent customer service! I’d recommend this place to anyone. 

Also, I have to mention... because there are two different auto shops in the same area (street), I ended up going to the wrong location. This other shop was “Best Auto Glass” and when I arrived for my appointment, they took me in pretending to be that company. They asked me to fill out some paperwork while they took my keys and quickly started to work on my car. Minutes later I received a call from the other shop saying I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, I said I was sitting in their shop and they told me I was at the wrong shop. I quickly asked for my keys back and took my car and left from there. The fact that these people lied and pretended to be another company is wrong on so many levels and I wanted to point that out in case something similar happens to someone because Empire Auto Glass (the shop I went to) provides great service.

Friday afternoon an an object hit my windshield, cracking it beyond repair. Other places couldn't fix it right away and I didn't want to spend the weekend unable to drive my car. These folks said they could do it that afternoon. They have a good inventory of windshields on hand and provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend them.

Fast, courteous service. Sean (owner) is honest and knows exactly what you need and gives the best price around. No-nonsense deal that was completed quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMPIRE AUTO GLASS. You will not find a better deal in Northern Virginia! (I know because I called around before choosing Empire!)
