I really like to support local businesses over countywide corporations, but even more, I lothe having my time wasted. I didn't urgently need a new windshield, but I have a 100 mile commute and the shattered bit on the margin bothered me. So I filled out out the web form for a quote and got a response right away. Price was right, so ok, can I come in next week, and when do you open? 730, any day, and we share the store with Pro Clean. Awesome, I'll be there Tuesday at 730. Today is Tuesday. At 732, I arrived to a locked door at the Pro Clean. Door says they open at 8. Tried the phone number, got voice mail. At 740, the proprietor of Pro Clean arrives with a friendly golden retriever. Seems surprised and annoyed I was told 730. Says that the glass guy is his tenant. 745 he says the glass guy is stuck in traffic. 750, I got a bad feeling about this and I don't want to be late to work too, so I take my business elsewhere. Safelite it is. Waste of an hour, plus I organized the whole rest of the day assuming I wouldn't have my commuter car; threw the whole day off. I get a follow up email while I'm heading to work. He says he's got a mobile tech that can come later to my location. My location is closer to Baltimore where I'll stop, and even if it wasn't out of range, there's no way I'm having personal auto service at my place of business. BTW. The emails came from someone with the same name as the five star review below. Not sure if he's an employee or the owner (no sig block) but it doesn't seem kosher to leave reviews when you have a clear conflict of interest.

The previous reviewer is mistaken. Virginia Glass Tysons location is open for business.

OUT OF BUSINESS. It's not there anymore. Even the phone number is disconnected. Wasted trip.
