Requested a balayage with colors like the reference photo below. I requested an experienced student and was told i'd need to come in on a weekday for that. I took a half day off work and went in on a Friday. I got there at 9:15 am so I could be done by mid-day. The balayage somehow took until 3pm and the hair color looks terrible/nothing like what I requested. By this time the morning instructor had left and the evening instructor said I'd need to come back in for more color. I was then told i'd have to wait until Monday to fix it as Saturday was booked. Paid $100 and received the worst hair salon experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a Groupon with an experienced hair dresser. Update: The manager of the store contacted me and offered to have the service redone for free or to have a refund. I appreciated the call and chose to take the refund.

The Esthetics section upstairs is an amazing place if you want to get pampered at an incredibly affordable price. It's set up like an actual spa with terry cloth toga style robes, comfortable tables, soft music and high-end beauty products. The students are well trained by their extraordinary teacher, Miss Billie, and go out of their way to provide the ultimate spa experience. Each time I go, and friends I bring agree, you feel like a brand new woman with skin that glows and looks years younger. The "Spa" offers a whole range of treatments from pedicures and facial peels to waxing . Truly a place to visit (frequently). They also have specials each month which adds to the best values in town.

Everyone was nice. Instructors are well informed and willing to explain all things.

I went in to even out my blonde hair, it was three different colors of blonde, I wanted platinum and that exactly what I got! Everyone was nice! I left so happy!

Never again will I go to this salon during their night hours. I am 20 years old and I will admit I do not look my age, I look more like 15. But, when my age was brought up, the teacher, the woman everyone is suppose to look up to said "I think it is kind of sad you look younger than my 7 year old." These personal attacks went on for the hour I was there. Continuously telling me I have ruined my hair and how awful it is and many nasty looks. I would suggest going there anytime except night when this instructor is present.
