McKenzie was extremely Professional, kind and answered all my questions that I had concerning my haircut. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who is looking to have their haircut and a little bit nervous having it done. She took her time with me which made me feel more comfortable. I never had my haircut at Empire beauty salon before. I will definitely go back to because of her, thank you Mackenzie. Hope to see you in the future if not. My sister and I were On vacation and decided to check out the school. The teacher and students were great. I would recommend checking this place out. My hairdresser did a great great job and she was very sweet. I got a complement on my hair almost immediately after leaving. The teacher was also great with the students and you could tell they all respected her so that was nice to see. I would NOT recommend getting a manicure. The manicurist was very nice and polite but it was like watching a ten year old do my nails. I didn’t want to be mean so I sat through the experience but believe me when I say I was squirming in my chair to get out of there. My sister and I laughed our heads off when we got into the car so it was a funny experience and a great story to tell when we got home. Needless to say my first stop was to cvs to grab nail polish remover. When the teacher saw my nails she looked at me and said yah- you won’t be paying for that. So no harm done. It was a great experience and a funny one. I love to laugh and we did a lot of that. I love pampering myself and I felt like I did that too. Check it out you will love it. Just stay away from the manicurist. Lol

I just had my hair done by Phoebe, and she was amazing! I got black with purple undertone which is a multi step process. She made sure to check in with her instructors regularly and did a wonderful job while being very friendly and making me feel comfortable. Thank you!

I have changed my weekly salon appointment to one with the amazing instructors and students at this school! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed - no drama in sight or hearing. I really appreciate this, as I use salon time as downtime, me-time and the negative atmosphere of drama felt in some salons is a negative for me. Plus, the attention paid to my hair by students and instructors alike is better than I could hope for. Kudos to Amber, to Carly and to Instructor Heidi!

Working with EVA was awesome. She is super friendly, very easy to talk to and knows her stuff. She did a great job cutting my daughter's hair and took the time to explain/teach her how to take care of her curls. We will be back!

Kristen cut & layered my hair and did a fabulous job, i’m so happy with it!! side note: i can’t stop touching my hair, it’s so soft!!. Staff is super friendly and personable and enjoyed the conversation while getting my hair done. <3

Beyond happy!! This was my first appointment at Empire Beauty and the crew there was amazing!! Cassidy did an amazing job on my perm! I must give a big shoutout to Delaney and Luke as well for their help and helping me figure out what I wanted! All very patient and professional! Will definitely be back next time around!

I get root touch ups and bang trims here regularly. Every student I have sat for has been personable and professional. They ask questions about what I want and check in throughout the process to ensure I'm satisfied. The students are great about asking for assistance from thier instructors if they aren't certain about something. I am always pleased with the end result and really enjoy the experience.
