I am very pleased with empower! My instalation was two years ago. I haven't any problems. Also, my electric bill is especially low during the summer months. Near to nothing. The app makes it easy to follow my energy making. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful product.

I thought this company was great from start to finish. I already had solar from another company who were basically horrible so I was wary about Empower when adding a second system. But they were up front and diligent about the install, addressed all of my concerns, were attentive to my needs as far as service and quick to get back to me and set me up when I had an issue. No hesitation in recommending them for solar.

Best Supporting business very easy to deal with for services quality and customer service. Install was quick and neat coming from a electrician by trade definitely would recommend for your solar installation

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Honestly from start to finish this process took over 2 years. That was all thanks to their team and all the continuous issues and discrepancies that occurred. In November of 2021 is when I started this forever journey. My solar installation was finally connected in August of 2023. Notice how I say connected. For almost 5 plus months it sat with no activity. Just giving PGE my money. Mind you my Solar projected completion date was January of 2022. Long story short. Anything that is promised to you. Get it in writing. And remember when they promise you 0% interest or a low APR to pay it off. Guess what if they take longer than expected. You will have to continue to re apply for a new loan with their finance company and if APRs change so will your payments. This ended up costing so much in the end. Thanks Empower. You guys are truly horrible.

These people call me up to 10 times a day despite me never giving them my number and not even owning a home, looks like they’re a solar panel company. If I ever want solar panels I know who not to call. Wish I could get a restraining order as they’re constantly calling me during work, I’ve asked them to take me off the list at least 15 times. I’ve resorted to just keeping my phone in airplane mode 23 hours a day it’s so bad. Don’t ever contact these people, you’ll regret it

They were professional and answered any questions I had . Keep me updated on the process and installed a quality solar system that has had no issues to date install over 2 years ago

They did a great job installing our solar panels. Would have been 5 instead of 4 stars, but a window screen was damaged during install. Update: changing my rating to 5 stars - our screen has been replaced. Very pleased with the excellent customer service!

Very professional and great installation job. My Edison bill went from $200+ a month to -75+ per month.

Tanya was very helpful and friendly. She is a woman of her word. If you want something resolved talk to her.

Installation only took 1 day and the crew was respectful and cleaned up when they were done.
