Excellent customer service and gorgeous flowers! I am from MD and ordered from Enchanted Florist online to be delivered to my mother's hotel room for her birthday. Not only did Stacey go above and beyond on customer service to let me know she received my order she ensured me they would be there on time via email and also a voicemail! The flowers arrived on time and they were STUNNING. My mom couldn't get over how gorgeous they were. They looked even better than the example picture on the website!

Gorgeous flowers and excellent service! I live in Dallas and worked with Stacy via phone and email to create flowers for my step daughter's wedding in Las Vegas. We wanted to specifically match photos we found on pinterest, and we were so happy with how they turned out! Even the ribbon was a perfect match to the sash on her dress. Delivery was right on time to our hotel, and Stacy even checked in with me to update on delivery and to make sure we were happy. Stacy provided personal yet professional service, and the design and quality of the flowers was fantastic. Thank you so much for making a special day even more special!

Amazing service!! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! I always look for these characteristics when I'm looking for service and I was very lucky that the floorinst I had an appointment with fell to show up so I search the web and came across Enchanted Florist. They took us right in and made a bad day into a wonderful one!! So if you're looking for the best, don't hesitate to call them!! They are Amazing!! The wedding arrangements were amazingly gorgeous!! They exceeded my expectations!!

I think this is probably the finest floral service in Las Vegas. I am *consistently* impressed with the accuracy both of the arrangements delivered and also the creativity of the bouquets on their website. They are a VERY professional group of florists who clearly love what it is they do and are dedicated to delivering the BEST of what Las Vegas has to offer. When you think about how beautiful the flowers at the resorts are and you think about what level of creativity, freshness, and ability a florist must have in this town, I am absolutely positive saying that Enchanted Florist delivers on ALL fronts, AND speaking of delivery has a fantastic and beautiful van that brought the bouquets I ordered with special directions to my dear friend at their work, still COLD even from the A/C in the truck. I lived in San Francisco before this and often times would be at the wholesale flower mart in SF as I needed to buy flowers for cosmetic fragrance launches and promotions for Nordstrom stores, so I do know my flowers and the quality of my flowers. I can say confidently I don't think there is any better in Las Vegas. I'm glad I don't have to do what it is they do and be in competition with them, I get the best part -to order from them, and share beauty with the special people I send flowers to. I got married two weeks ago in Vegas and I love Enchanted Florist! My husband found them on Yelp and said they had the best reviews. I called less than a week before our wedding and they were completely accommodating. I told them what I wanted for my bouquet yellow and ivory wild flowers with a few succulents. The owner sent me a breakdown with pictures of what the bouquet and boutonniere could possibly look like. I was planning on having an in-person consultation when we arrived in Vegas, but we fell in love with one of the pictures and just went with that. The bouquet and boutonniere arrived on time at the hotel and were more beautiful than I even anticipated. They even guaranteed that if one of the flowers was unavailable they would replace it with a more expensive flower at no cost. I was complimented all day on my bouquet and I couldn't have been happier.

I am sad to see the negative reviews that Enchanted Florist has gotten. I have used Enchanted Florist MANY times, and they have always exceeded my expectations and been very helpful. Kathryn is AMAZING and such a great person who gives excellent service, is always nice, and rectifies any situation TOTALLY. The deliveries I have gotten were ALWAYS on time. My first experience was with my wedding, and everything was perfect... except my bouquet. It was not the shape we had talked about. Unfortunately, the second owner who is no longer with the company did not actually READ the notes about what I wanted shape-wise... and she came and I was stressing out because it was right before the ceremony. But I called her and even though my wedding was at the Paiute, and she already started driving back into the city before I saw the flowers I was taking photos when the flowers arrived, she came back and COMPLETELY REDID the bouquet right there in the dressing room until it was what I wanted. I have had them deliver two goodie baskets, and they are working on a very interesting metal flower arrangement for me right now that I am picking up from their store. Neither of the gift baskets were delivered late, in fact, one was a half an hour early. And never---never---have they been anything but professional with me. I will say that the second owner who was there and was less professional has left, and Kathryn is the sole owner now. The other owner was not very professional, as I had original spoke with Kathryn the first time I ordered their arrangements for my wedding which were amazingly beautiful--she even gave me a throw bouquet and flowers for my cake at no cost, but the other owner after leaving the company tried to call me as though I was her personal customer, and wanted to gain my business in an underhanded way... ignoring whatever non-compete I would have had her sign if I was Kathryn, stating that she can't actively try to steal customers.... but, again, that person is gone and no longer able to be unprofessional. I am truly sorry to the two people who left negative comments for the experiences you had. I am not sure who you worked with, but honestly.... you should speak to Kathryn about it, because she may not even know and may be able to rectify the situation, or at least help. Honestly, I think she would want to know who in her business was causing these issues, because she is not like that at all!!!!!!! Besides all the flowers being beautiful, and their work being absolutely unique... again, they are making me a metal steampunk arrangement. Who else can do that.... they're a great company. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE. And I had to fire three florists who I had found before Enchanted who didn't take my wedding seriously, and then lost my business.

Was not happy with the the floral arrangement that was delivered. The flowers were a gift from family across the country...called and even spoke to the owner and she said that she would not do anything to correct the bouquet. Claim she upgraded them and then put it off on teleflora. NONE of the lilies were open and there were broken flowers shoved in the vase. I advised the senders to dispute the charge after the florist had refused to pick up and correct or deliver a new bouquet. Thanks for making my birthday great. I will be sure to inform all hotel concierge of the poor service and lack of empathy. Vegas best... Please.

What a friggin joke. I had been ordering flowers from Enchanted Florist for over two years. Some deliveries pushed $400-$500 a piece. The flowers are nice, but delivery is terrible. It's always late, if it shows up at all. I even had a cracked vase delivered once, leaking water everywhere. More recently, they totally botched Valentines Day. They delivered a few tulips, at 8:00 PM. I ordered flowers roses and lillys, a bear, and some chocolates. I called three times during the day, and they assured me it would be there by 5:00 PM, before she left work. They eventually called me at 6:30 PM, to tell me they missed the delivery. DUH! My girl is home already. I couldn't get a hold of anyone afterwards, and was completely ignored until I went down to their location to demand a refund. My honest advice, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other places around town that are way more reliable and customer friendly. Worst comes to worst, I'd rather buy some single roses at Chevron than to ever go back to Enchanted Florist.

Enchanted Florist “fairies” were amazing. They sat us down and talked to us about exactly what we wanted. We also talked to them about our budget and got things situated with types of flowers to help keep within our budget. They even flew out to Colorado for us and ordered flowers with a local vendor. I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful centerpieces or bouquets. Everything was done in a timely manor and they were quick and unseen just like little ‘florist fairies’. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely loved my bouquet and bouts. I actually saved a couple succulents and was able to plant them afterwards! It's such an amazing reminder of that day! They were so easy to work with and were able to capture exactly what I wanted through a couple of Pinterest photos and were able to work with my budget! You can't ask for more!
