Enchanted Shoe Repair

I dropped off five pair of high heels for repair, one also being re-soled. The staff was friendly and helpful at drop off. They were ready in just a day or two I received a text alert letting me know, the work looked very professional, I thought the cost was very fair for the work being done, and the gentleman working was polite again at pickup. He even touched up a few other dings and dents.

It was a peculiar experience. I Wanted a pair of shoes cleaned. Was told I’d get a call. Two weeks no call. I called. Picked them up. Nothing was done. No work whatsoever. I wish I could post images.

Brought in a fanny pack to get the zipper repaired and he was able to do it on site, incredibly kind and knowledgeable, will be back for all shoe / zipper repairs. Highly recommend!!

I had three pairs of boots that all needed fixes. One pair required resoling, the other two pairs needed new zippers. The employees at Enchanted Shoe Repair explained all the costs up front, were extremely polite, and communicated through the whole process. The boots came out perfectly and in the exact amount of time the employees said it would take. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Although, all I did was get some holes put in my leather belt, the place looked like a good shoe repair place. I would take my shoes there for repair should I need the service. The guy in the shop didn't charge me to put 4 holes in . Other shoe repair shop were charging $13 - $15 ! On that service alone, I think it would be safe to say his repair prices are reasonable. He does keys as well. Check him out.

I brought in three pairs of boots, one of which was looking especially rough. The man working recommended new heels on all three, resoling on the most beat up pair, and polish. It was fairly expensive, but the man promised they’d look good as new. Took a chance and I’m so glad I did! All three pairs look amazing. Would HIGHLY recommend. As stated in other reviews, it’s pricey to have your boots spruced up, but definitely worth the value on a nice pair of shoes/boots. Also, boots were ready two days sooner than the estimated one week.

They do great work I have a pair of red wing boots barely worn and the soles completely fell apart red wing would not take care of the problem at all Took it to to this shop AWESOME highly recommend!

A week ago, my Aldo boots had holes in the bottom.. When I picked them up today, he had resoled, cleaned, and polished my boots to look BRAND NEW! I was very impressed with his skill and recommend anyone else with shoe issues to support this local small business.

I will never waste my time going here ever again.I drove all the way there my boots have been completely redone just needed polish.The young lad with dirty blonde hair says I don't even want to touch those.i explained ots leather conditioner on them and it helps protects the boots leather. I said well you don't want my business I'll go to westerville shoe/boot place than.Than I said you learned something today and I wasted my gas.
