Enko Properties

I have worked with Enko Properties for three years, and can't recommend their services enough to other individuals looking for an exceptional partner in property management. Art and his team are friendly, responsive, and reliable in their efforts, and demonstrate a quality of service to myself and my tenants that I consider unparalleled. When initially searching for a property manager, I encountered many businesses who demonstrated little interest beyond adding my property to their management portfolio. Enko Properties stood out from day one in terms of establishing a meaningful and collaborative partnership that has removed the stresses of property management from my day to day, which I can't thank them enough for!

Incredibly unprofessional management company. Allowed the owner of the house to be incredibly inappropriate with us, regardless of multiple attempts on our end to establish boundaries with the owner. Really uncomfortable being a group of young women living in a house with a creepy owner who surveilled us and was constantly trying to enter our unit unnecessarily. Also allowed the owner to bill us months after moving, with ridiculous expenses associated with each item. $100 for a 2 ft strip of baseboard trim and $300 to patch a handful of screw holes — really seems like a joke of a company to forward these charges on. My advice would be to never rent with Enko Properties or any property owned by Mark Rosa.

I am generally not someone who writes reviews, but felt compelled in this case. Two weeks ago my fiance scheduled a tour to view a home for rent listed on their website and on Zillow. The afternoon of that tour we received notification that the agent had a family emergency and had to cancel. No problem. Life happens and family comes first. We attempted to reschedule but never recieved a response from them. She reached out again a day or two later and still got no response. Fast forward to Thursday, December 29th. I decided to reach out and schedule a tour, if possible. I just wanted to see if we what we had experienced was a fluke. I got a quick response and we were able to schedule a tour for Friday afternoon. So far, so good! Friday morning I received two different texts confirming our showing. We arrived at 3:30 for the scheduled tour and waited outside the locked home. We waited in the rain our current home is just down the street, so we walked for 25 mins. No one ever showed up. No text. No call. Nothing. Knocked on the door repeatedly. Rang the doorbell. Nothing. I am not the property owner, but if this is the level of service they are receiving, I would be worried. Are they actually trying to get the home rented?

I was being helped by Leana, & she was very helpful, kind enough to show me multiple units and answer all of my questions. She was very responsive & quick to respond . The units were nice as well , pretty decently priced! Thank you for all your help Leana !

Enko is a pleasure to work with. Art is a great communicator, very orginized, and very considerate. I would highly recommend Enko Properties to anyone looking for a property manager.

Enko seemed like a really smart and good choice for my fiancé and I to rent a unit through. The first unit we were interested in, we got to tour and everything went great. It just wasn’t exactly what we were looking for so we wanted to see another unit. However after the tour it becoming seemingly impossible to get ahold of any of the agents. I had one basic question about the low option move in security deposit that they offer on the listing on their website. This seemed like an interesting option so I asked for all the necessary info about it, but was ghosted completely by the agent. He told me he’d get back to me and never did. The really irritating part is that we are still interested in other units through this company but the communication is absolutely horrible. I’ve tried to contact the leasing agent Shevan multiple times and so has my fiancé. The listings are still up as well, which leads me to believe that these units are still available. Overall a very unprofessional start to things. At this point it has made looking for a new place very difficult and we feel completely let down by Enko Properties.

Was a tenant at a property managed by Art for 2 years. He and his team were fast to respond to issues, supportive with requests and questions, and returned our full security deposit quickly and without hassle. This company is one I'll happily do business with again - they are trustworthy and effective.

Enko Properties has been amazing. We own two higher end houses in Portland with two ADU's. We have primarily worked with Art who is always super helpful and professional. They have managed our properties and most recently found a new tenant when our old tenant moved out in ONE day! Art has also gone above and beyond when I needed referrals or addition help in regards to our properties. I highly recommend working with Enko Properties.
