I wasn't sure what to expect but five star service from Sarah really made a difference. The car was good, an American classic Impala, and you can drop the car via after-hours easily. It can be very busy and they have just a few staff on duty, but the few staff they have really exceed expectations. Keep it up
Excellent customer service. This is something you don't find in today's world. This local enterprise car rental Cindy had the best customer service. Went out of their way to get me a car without a reservation in Las Vegas. I will always go here . They were great.
We received amazing service from Sydney. She helped us overcome a passport requirement we were unaware of by suggesting alternative methods of obtaining the information. That's service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much Sydney.
I have had two excellent experiences at Enterprise at 3401 Sahara Ave. Both rentals had been reserved and immediately available upon arrival. The check out and check in process was clear and fast. Important auto coverage questions were answered and explained. The cars were clean and performed well. Thank you to Rachel and Lateef of Enterprise!
This entire team was great, took care of me & saved me from the terrible service at Hertz. The girl in the front Syndey was awsome & took cafe of me upon arrival, they called me & picked me up as soon as they received a vehicle of the size I requested. Once I recieved the car, Chris assisted me and was great as well. The latino gentlemen who picked me up in the Jeep was awsome & very patient with me. Amo drove me to get my personal car when my rental was over, he was awsome as well! & Myles I think who checked my vehicle out was friendly & efficient! Everyone maintained a great attitude & worked efficiently as a team. The also called me as a reminder to bring back the vehicle also. Great Team Enterprise! This will be my new go to location!
Recently I had the worst experience of my life at the Enterprise location of 3401 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV with the Store Manager "ARIC BUNDAGE". I had a vehicle reservation under my name and was directed to this location. Mr. Bundage was extremely RUDE and as a woman, he made me feel very inferior, talking to me in a very demeaning way. They assigned an SUV but they came back and stated the registration was expired, then they assigned me a 2nd car and stated the tires were flat, lastly, they assigned me a 3rd car but then said it needed maintenance. Then, they said they would give me the one with the flat tires and that they would put air on it. But then later came back to say they would give me another car. After going through all this my boyfriend spoke to him on the phone in a professional way and asked him to give me another car that did not spend so much gas, etc, but he kept saying he did not have any in a very unprofessional tone of voice. After all this I told him to just give me the SUV he had and he YELLED "NO", I am not giving you anything, you are going to go back to the Body Shop, you are not getting anything, he told his guy to send me there, I asked him if he could take me home since it was late, and he said NO, you are going to the body shop, he kicked me out of the store as if I was a dog, I am a Petite female and I was there with my 80 year old mom, I cried when I got home and could not sleep all night, I have never felt so abused and disrespected by a company representative. I called Enterprise Customer Service and Escalation Team 3 times to share my unfortunate experience, as of today...October 7th, 2022, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE...sad!
I was surprised to know the insurance company didn't pay the full bill. It still cost me out of pocket. When we got the vehicle no one said it would cost $6.00 a day I had to pay. The insurance company was supposed to take care of the rental because they totalled our car. I also had to pay taxes per week.
Worst experience we ever had in a car rental. The manager in the branch was extremely ignorant and not aware about Enterprise policies. We had a reservation but were denied taking the car as he asked us to provide an International Driver Permit in addition to the regular permit. We rented many times in the US with our European permit and never had any issues so far. Of course we went across the street to Avis which gave us a car in 10 minutes. Afterwards we read online on Enterprise's website and noticed that the manager was totally clueless about his company's policies as the International Driver's Permit is not required if the original one is in the Latin alphabet. We were also very offended when he pretended to call someone in HQ and referred to us as coming from "some country". How can a person like this be a manager in a branch??
Always courteous nice service but the car was in need of service the past due 4 months oil service light was on and the car needed a wheel alignment but other than that the process was smooth
Very kind and helpful staff, prompt and accommodating service. Car was fine, good service and even a follow-up. Recommended.
