I didn't go in but watched young lady clean my wife's rental inside, thoroughly, in the freezing temps. Definitely dedicated.

Always great customer service and typically fast and efficient to pick-up and drop off. Almost a full five stars but once in a while I get a car that smells strongly like cigarette smoke - however, that's not entirely the rental agencies fault. Customers should not be smoking in rental vehicles.

I recently rented a car from enteprise. I was very happy with the friendly service and the pickup went really quick. The car I got was very clean and in really good condition. It was definitely a good choice that I made.
