Honnah the enterprise rep was professional and on point.

I have reserved a Standard Car car and got a Compact Car which I was really upset because I was traveling for three days vacation to Pennsylvania. And that’s not all, I got a car with a broken port to recharge my phone. I had to stop by gas stations in order to charge my phone to use it for a GPS.

everything was okay, I would rent again from this place. But my car came with only a quarter tank full of gas. They said I could bring it back empty, but it was still inconvenient. I was not a fan of the KIA Soul they gave me, I just don't like their box-design, and don't think they should be rental cars.
