Enterprise Rent-A-Car

0 complaints with renting from here! I had a car for a week weeks while mine was at the body shop. The employees offered me a free upgrade, were super easy to talk to any time I called with questions, and for the return they were totally fine with me leaving it at the shop and they picked it up the next day and gave me a courtesy call to let me know everything was great with the check-in. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again.

I really recommend Enterprise they are hassle free easy to rent from. Scott from the second st. Store in Manchester was awesome h I was out in under 20 mins and the car was great I will definitely return. Keep up the great work guys.

Needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. The customer service provided by the staff here was awesome. They were short staffed so the car wasn’t ready on time to meet me at the body shop, but they showed up to pick me up and drive me to the rental. While doing paperwork, I realized I left my photo ID in my car at the shop. I was getting an Uber to bring me back to get it, but they wouldn’t hear of it. Even though they were short, they drove me BACK to the shop to get my license, and then back to Enterprise to finish paperwork and leave with the rental. Awesome customer service; highly recommend the 2nd street location if you need a rental. Thanks again!

They are the best out of many car rental agencies I have tried in Florida, Boston, and basically anyplace with an airport. They don't make it stressful. They don't have any weird surprise charges. They don't freak out of you need the car a little longer. And they don't make you hang out all day picking up our dropping off. Not to mention they match prices. I love them.

Had a great experience with this Enterprise. Rented two different vehicles back to back. I messed up when reserving vehicles and had a couple hour gap between my drop off and pick up tines but Nola was super helpful in getting me in a vehicle and on my way.

I had a great experience getting a car from this location. The guys that were working the night of 11/5 were great. I believe the guy that helped me was Jim? If not, that is what I will call him : . Its nice to go into a place where you can have fun but at the same time do business and get it done ASAP. He explained everything to me about the rental and even the features on the car....much newer than my car. Very friendly and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again!

The entire staff is awesome... friendly, patient and good listeners and since I am chatty I love that!!!! They r fair if there is a problem.. Jim is the manager, he is friendly and always explains the different items in the car... being that I am 71 not stupid but we have an older car... I like that!!! They get u out in a timely fashion and can pick u up or take u home... Enterprise on second st is a five star place ... card r clean etc Thank you, Doreen

I’d give them a no star if possible Horrible Customer Service !!!! Rented a car through an insurance company back in December Paid for by them as well as arrangementsso got my deposit back and was told everything is all set to come now just yesterday fraudulently charged my debit card 4 months later over $200 for Liability insurance for the 8 days I had the car which was optional that I never signed up for !!!! Please don’t give these crooks your bank info !!!! GO ELSEWHERE !!!! They Deserve every bit of 2.6 Stars on Facebook !

Rent frequently for business and personal rental car needs. The staff here is top-notch and always takes care of me. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a great car. Any issues are always handled swiftly. Great experience all around.

Worked with Nicole for both pickup and return. She was professional and very helpful. Car was clean with no issues and I was able to extend my rental by a day with just a phone call. Will definitely use this branch again!
