This place was one of the best Enterprise locations I’ve dealt with. They have amazing employees here that are ready to help and will take care of you. Location is clean and organized. They will make sure you get a vehicle and stay up on their word. I was helped by Aaron Robles and Austin Fontenot. Both gentlemen were helpful and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I was in and out without issues. I would recommend this location to others. 5 stars. Thank y’all!
I booked a luxury car at this place, when nothing is available in the near by car rentals. I was a bit skeptical on how it will turn out looking at the reviews, but my experience here is very positive. Since I had a Reservation they got a vehicle for me from some other place, and they gave an Audi SUV, loved the drive on that vehicle.
What can I say? Good experience with amazing nice staff. Justen is a cool guy. He gave a free upgrade from kia soul to dodge charger. The best thing about this place is that they open during the weekends and there are always cars available for you and on time.
We reserved a car with this Enterprise location more than a month ago for a one way rental. We were scheduled to pick up the car tomorrow. Their representative called me this morning and told me they were no longer doing one way rentals. I explained how early we made our reservations, would be driving from Houston to San Antonio and flying home from there. They would not honor that reservation. I am surprised and disappointed at how unreliable Enterprise has proven to be.
I recently booked an intermediate SUV reservation with the Enterprise location at 6829 Greenbriar, Houston, TX. I needed the SUV for moving. I walked in but Enterprise didn’t have any cars. The prospects of getting a car seemed pretty bleak. Lately, it has been quite challenging and expensive! to get rental cars. However, Cory T. with Enterprise went all out to find a car for me. I greatly appreciated the effort he put into getting a car for me. In the end he found me a mini van for the same price which worked even better than an intermediate SUV.
Do not come here! I reserved a car 2 weeks in advanced. First time visiting Texas from New York. I paid $30 for a cab. Soon as I get there a woman says “we was goin to call you we have no cars “. How nice! You could have saved me the trip. No apologies. I had to pay for a cab back to my hotel. Waste of my money and time. If you rent from these fools make sure to call in advance to confirm that they have cars because you could just be wasting your time.
Adam helped me with my rental and the process was super easy! I was in and out with my car in about 5 min! I called that morning to make sure they had a vehicle available and he was already waiting on me! Thanks Adam you’re customer service was awesome!
Megan is a great leader and my experience with Enterprise was good. She is very gracious and attentive to the customer’s needs. I originally booked my rental car 3 days ago from another Rental Company, but I was told they don’t have my car yet when I picked it up, they postponed for 3 times so I gave it up. I then checked and reserved one from this location and called them first before I went. Ms. Megan is very helpful and had her clerk to pick me up within the promised time. Thanks for the great accommodations! During the check in process, I have to spend some time with my insurance company, my reserved car was taken by another customer. Ms. Megan made every possible effort to help me out. Her professional help is impressive and shows an excellent example to her team member. Ms. Shy is very helpful during the whole process too. I am completely satisfied with their service. This is the best Enterprise in Houston and their prices are good. Definitely will rent from them again!
Update: I notice at the shop when I was getting the car that the low pressure tire light was on as well as the due maintenance light. The guy told me that they had just had maintenance and the lights would be off after a few miles driving. Guess what? I arrived at the garage and I have a flat tire. It was a huge headache to have the roadside service to come they could not validate my information, they had a wrong date of birth!!. After almost two hours, I am now waiting for someone to come and help me with the flat tire. Original review: If I could I would give zero stars. I had a reservation for 8am, I was waiting for the car at the body shop when they told me that I would not have the car until 2pm. The lady that spoke with me was very rude. I had to take an Uber. I called again and they said they would drop off the car at my job. A driver came to pick me up and told me that I have to go to the shop because they do not offer drop off services. The car smells horrible cigarette smell.
I rented a car for a Houston-to-Austin road trip NCAA volleyball tournament. Enterprise's rental rates were among the best I found online. Enterprise was easy to contact and work with online, over the phone very short wait, and in person. My plans changed I returned a day early, and Enterprise was accommodating they refunded me for the last day. Enterprise Branch Manager Derrick D. Smith was friendly, frank, and easy to work with. I recommend the staff at this location, if it's conveniently located for you.
