Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was an all round excellent experience. Both employees at the pick up and drop off were extremely courteous and professional. It was fast and easy. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Downtown Salt Lake City.

In my opinion, this office has the the most unfriendly, non-helpful people I have ever worked with. The managers tried to blame me for their inability to have vehicles available for others to use. They charged me over $1000 for a drop fee! Highway robbery. I do not recommend them. Do not use this Enterprise. You’ve been warned.

A 2 hour flight delay caused us to arrive after close of business on a Friday evening. The manager Jeff stayed late and had everything ready when we arrived. The return was just as easy. If there were 10 stars, I would gladly give it!

This branch is excellent. Well organized and professional. Incredibly honest as well. I left $40 cash in my rental car by accident and they sent me a check for that amount! I don't think you'll see that many places. Would recommend them for sure.
