Hertz Rent A Car

I didn't deal with the staff. My husband said they were nice and helpful. I returned the car with no problem. Good customer service and clean vehicle. Thank you. If I have to rent I will drive the 20 miles to come see you all again. Thank you for your hospitality!

My flight got in early and they got me in a car early no problems. The staff was super friendly. I even got an upgrade. The car was very clean. Returning it was quick and easy. Definitely an easy and smooth process.

After getting a flat tire on my rental, I was able to take it back to the local Hertz and swap it out for a new rental. In and out quickly, no questions asked. Excellent customer service.

Made a reservation in advance for a full size sedan and they said they over booked and only have cargo vans left. Unbelievable. I’m here on business and they are trying to give me a cargo van! ‍
