My husband and I specifically chose this location because the Enterprise website said they had after-hours drop off available... When we got there a sign on the door said that they could not accept after-hours drops. We were really disappointed, and we had to wake up early the next morning to get our rental back in time. When we got there the staff was friendly and professional, but please update the website!!!
Your location does not deserve any stars. I am writing to address an issue that my husband encountered when trying to pick up a vehicle that our insurance company had reserved for us. Upon arrival, the representative asked my husband for three phone numbers. However, he explained that he only has his cell number and his wife's cell number. To our surprise, the representative informed him that they could not rent a vehicle to him due to his inability to provide three phone numbers. I have thoroughly reviewed your policies and could not find any mention of a requirement for three different phone numbers in order to rent a vehicle. This situation has left me both baffled and upset. Especially considering that the reservation was made directly through our insurance company, I find this requirement to be absolutely ridiculous. It is my hope that this message reaches not only your attention but also that of other insurance companies who may be considering your services. As a customer, I am both enraged and disappointed by the level of service provided by Enterprise Rental Car in this instance. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and ensure that such inconveniences are not repeated in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This is a very sorry place and location when trying to rent a car. When they anwser the phone they put u on hold immediately. They don't even introduce themselves. They have little to no cars ,if you trying to rent.
My experience with this enterprise was not the best. The young lady inside was very rude and not helpful at all. I booked the reservation online and was told that all I had to do was pay for it. I get there to be told that there's nothing that she can do. She didn't even attempt to gather any other options. I will never use this location ever again.
Was called the morning of my appointment to tell me my car wouldn’t be ready til 10am, they finally called at 11:45 to tell me I would have one by 12:30. Got there at 12:30 and waited almost an hour and a half for a terrible car!
The team at this location was awesome during the one month period that I required a rental due to an accident. Marshun, Bre, and Devan were kind, knowledgeable and above all transparent! They answered any questions that I had, no matter how many times I called! I would recommend this location of Enterprise if you like prompt, personal attention for your rental needs!
I’ve had more help at the Brandon location, who hasn’t even been the people providing and taking care of me. Go to the Brandon location first. The people who work at this location are always super sweet. So it’s not the people. Hear me say that, the people are good. But this is my second time with them and every time I get a vehicle there is an issue with it and the location stays so busy you can’t ever reach anyone. Again the people are nice, but thorough through and through, the Brandon location will be my go to. I’ve been waiting on a tire change that had to be approved through enterprise first, which the vehicle was given to me with a nail in it. I’ve tried to call the Jackson location for over an hour for an approval. Called the Brandon finally to see if they could help and got it immediately approved. If I had dealt with the Brandon location firsthand I would have saved myself over an hour and a half of work and pay missed.
Very friendly staff that worked to get me into a vehicle before closing. Bre was great. *Be aware that they don't pick up from residential homes from this location. Businesses only.*
This was the worst experience I have ever had. Just before the 4th of July holiday No SUV’s and no large size cars; only mid size cars in which I had to locate myself. The service person promised me they would call me 1st because I had arrived there earlier that morning with a reservation and before anyone never did. It was only after I called that they acknowledged they had vehicles. By then I had gone to several other locations. So I had to travel back to the 1st location The customer service was rude to say the least. They never answer the telephone at the State Street location if they had offered I would not have been in such a bad predicament. I was suppose to be on the road by 8 am but instead I was delayed to nearly 1:00 pm., so frustrated. Also the website was not helpful it did not offer what was promised!!!!!
Upon arriving in Jackson, MS by train before noon, I called Enterprise if I could be picked up and get the reserved car. I was told that there were no cars available and there were 4 people ahead of me . They would try to call me by 4:00 p.m. I called another car rental and they were able to accommodate me right away. Needless to say, I was very disappointed since I had made my reservations weeks in advance.
