This location has disappointed me not once, but twice. I have used several enterprises in different cities and states but never had issues like I’ve had here. Customer service was mediocre at best. I overheard another customer say the car they were given had expired tags, maintenance lights on, and in need of an oil change. Having made a reservation, They couldn’t locate my reservation and then couldn’t get a hold of my insurance company when I had zero issue doing it myself on site. The female at the counter was making statements that I looked “agitated” when I was rather calm. After standing there for 30 plus minutes, all she offered was for me to pay $20 a day out of pocket when the insurance company had made adjustments to my car rental limit but, their system wasn’t showing the adjustment. Needless to say, i left with no car and unsatisfied. The only helpful person there was Carlos. He was kind, professional, and tried his best to fix my situation. When he was unable too due to the female worker deleting my reservation all together, I left empty handed. He was very apologetic even though none of this was his fault to begin with and offered to help me on his next working day. The female had nothing to say nor did I even want to talk to her. It was my mistake going back to this enterprise since their staff was just as disrespectful two years ago. Lesson learned and I will NOT be going here again. Don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t waste your money here.
Customer service was top tier! I received a good working vehicle in timely fashion, I had no problems with it. If you go to this location I highly highly recommend you ask for Nico, she is so awesome! Beautiful personality and awesome customer service! Even with dealing with irate customers! 5’s
This is what customer service is all about. But wait. It is related to problem solving also. I had two issues when I picked up and when I dropped the car and both issues were solved immediately with a huge smile by the AREA Manager I believe John . What a fantastic professional. Well done to all the crew at West Broad Street. Really made my week
Absolutely 100% unconcerned to help a customer. Kat at this location was less than helpful and less than professional. Unbelievable the customer service. Hilliard location told me they couldn't get me a rental for 2 1/2 days. Tried to call the Perimeter Loop location. Sat on hold for 25 minutes with no one ever answering. Then I get Kat, who gives zero effort or concern to help customers.... Unbelievable .... Update: We are now at day 8 of no car rental from Enterprise Rental car. My claim has been "elevated" 3 times now. The first two times I was promised someone would contact me with rental details. So far, neither time, has ANYONE from Enterprise called me yet. Just had my third "elevation". We'll see if this one is just another lie, or someone will call me. So far, lack of customer concern or care is the culture with Enterprise from top to bottom.
Kat and her team have always been great to myself and my family. I have used them for vacation rentals as well as car accident situations in the past few years. It is quite clear that she has built a high quality culture there where people not only care about the details of customer service, but also enjoy working together and look to Kat as a leader. I will continue to go to Kat and her team in the future for any rental needs I may have.
I called a week ahead of my pickup date to insure they had the right vehicle because I used Insurance and wanted no out of pocket. Day of pickup they didn't have the correct vehicle which lead to me paying out of pocket. Every time I've went to the west board location they never have the right vehicle with or without an early notice. Even though it's their own fault I was still overcharged
I'm giving the whole company my 2 star review because when you book a vehicle they should have it cleaned and ready to go by the pick up time. Once I had to wait for it to be cleaned another time I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive. My other complaint is that there hours need to be extended for drop off and also when your in this type of business every day needs to be available for drop off so if your renting one day for weekend and have to be charged for a Monday drop off and with certain peoples hours of employment they are unable to during certain hours. They should be a company open 8am to 8pm every day. I have stopped renting because of these issues. They lose a lot of business that I know of because of the schedule at all locations.
Seen a lot of bad reviews and expected hassle when I visited this location and was actually dreading it but nico helped me the entire time and she was great! She got me in and out, explained everything throughly and they had two people that called off who cleans the cars out and she went outside and cleaned the car out herself as she knew I was in a rush. She was really helpful and really nice to deal with!! I would def recommend this location and Nico!!
Omg have never had I ever had a more pleasant experience! Kat was so great and so beautiful wonderful with me and my sister tonight! She went over and beyond to help my sister and I on short notice! My expectations were blown through the roof of customer service tonight you got a good team whoever is in charge of the store well done Everyone will be getting all my business and my family and friends thanks so much Kat! Everybody deserves a raise just saying!
Great experience. Very professional and friendly group who work here. As well as punctual in picking me up and dropping me off where I was getting my car fixed. Would recommend.
