Price was good. Car was reliable. There were multiple attendants at the desk but they seemed a little involved in their convos and hanging out. I always find it unprofessional for people to maintain conversations loudly and with laughing with co workers especially in tight spaces while customers are standing there. The lady that did help us was super nice and detailed with her walk through of the car. She is one of 3 reasons I did 4 stars. The car itself was really dirty with someone else’s trash still in it and not washed anytime recently. I had to call someone to get out of the parking lot. No one informed me I couldn’t get out without a ticket for the gate. Someone however did run out in the 110 weather though to bring me a ticket to get out. Which was super nice! They were fast to answer the phones as well which was nice. Overall 6.5 out of 10.
I booked in advance and came early, like 7:40am before the door opened, to pick up. Vivian were so nice to give me the car right away, even though I could wait till 8am when they officially open. Very professional and quick service. For those who wonders, you can return the car any time, even after midnight, just drop the keys in the drop box. The trip to Sedona was great, thanks for the car.
Excellent customer service provided by CJ Mack at the moment of picking the car and not less friendly was the Manager I apologize for not remembering his name at the time of dropping off the car, they honored the reservation with no additional charges. Great Location, Wonderful people. I walked in with 2 lovely ladies greeting me with a wonderful smile. Excellent Customer Service! Emily was more than patient with answering my simple queries and did not feel rushed by her answers. She was more than knowledgeable with her product and did not hesitate to explain further if needed. If you are looking for a place to rent a car with knowledgeable and friendly people, Enterprise is the place to go. Come check them out, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with their prices and their vehicles!
Quick in and out but our gastank was not filled up on receiving for 10 days. pics were from pickup. Returned filled ,told employee but she didn't say anything no refund or anything.
The Enterprise staff at the Westin Hotel, Las Vegas were absolutely the best. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Large fleet of cars were available. They accommodated our group's needs for large vehicles to transport family members to a funeral. The Enterprise location with gas stations half a block away made returning the vehicle a breeze. Everything about the experience was perfect. We will definitely be giving them our business in the future.
Car was booked for 09:30 but was not ready until 10:30 which added an hour onto an already long journey from Vegas to LA meaning we missed out on one planned stop! We were however offered 10% discount and a free 1/2 tank of fuel god the delay. We had also booked a premium car which the staff missed off the booking and was offered an intermediate which was changed to a premium when we challenged this! Staff were nice and helpfull, car was clean and tidy. 1st time we had used enterprise, not sure it would be our 1st choice in future.
The staff was friendly and made it very easy to get my car and on my way. I wish I got the gentleman's name when I checked out the car as he was very helpful and nice. Vanessa just happened to be in the parking lot when I returned the car and she checked in the car right in the parking lot. This is the best experience I ever had renting a car.
The Enterprise agent Majd Z in Las Vegas Flamingo was extremely helpful and personable. He really went above and beyond for us to find a vehicle that worked. It made for an awesome trip. Thanks again, Majd!
Rental was at Westin in Las Vegas. The rental vehicle was good. In great condition, no issues really. Did at one point have a valve stem leak. the rental office was closed at that time of night, so I took it to a tire place and had it fixed. I had no issues getting reimbursed with receipt. The cost was fair also from Mr Tire. The only issue I had was when I went to get the vehicle. I received a phone call the day before my rental, basically confirming that I was coming for it. My reservation was for noon. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told it would be an hour to get the car. I was unhappy since I had obligations/reservations for something at 2pm and a non refundable deposit on that. I check back in the office at 12:50pm and was told it would be another 45 minutes. The clerk was basically robotic. No explanation or empathy. I downloaded the car rental scene from Sienfeld show and went back and basically went into that routine. A second clerk was laughing and had seen it before. She proceeded to deal with me after that and I had the rental car fairly quickly. She dropped my rate 10$ a day for the nonsense also. Nice that some employees have not only a sense of humor but the compassion to see a customers frustrations.
