Excellent customer service at a convenient location! No wait times to pick up or drop off the car, very responsive by phone and in-person, no surprise costs, and they called after we did contactless return to confirm the final cost/make sure we had a positive experience.

Great customer service at this location. All employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Major shoutout to Ayomide specifically for his unmatched service with my rental experience. I will definitely rent from here going forward. 10/10

Enterprise is the best! I highly recommend this location. I needed a rental due to a not at fault accident, and this was my 1st accident in 20yrs of driving. I was a bit unsure of the process, but Bobby and Chuck assisted me in finding a suitable SUV for my needs. They made the booking process so easy for me. Caroline provided excellent customer service upon arrival and drop off. She made everything so quick and painless. If I ever need a vehicle for a road trip, I will be back without a doubt.

Friendly staff, prompt and courteous, and didn’t keep me waiting. But the inspection sticker was one month out of date in theory they should have not rented me the car with an expired inspection. AND the car had a low tire and the branch’s pump didn’t work. I refilled tire myself it had a slow leak. I brought car back next day, they apologized, and then they tried to over charge we with a bogus late fee. Disappointing, but still better than Hertz and Avis.

Not only was Von super friendly, I literally thought the experience was to good to be true and upon return it stayed true. Highly recommend if you need transportation.

Service was very efficient although it took much longer to get the car than I wanted. I received the vehicle in good condition and pretty clean. I did not like the fact that the car did not have a full tank of gas and I had to return it the same way. The return process was easy and fast. I still gave it five starts because I got the service I needed, the rest is just experience based and in COVID operating status.

Using enterprise was a horrible experience for me. I was told to leave my car at the dealership when picking up my vehicle and enterprise did not pick up my rental for days. Enterprise employee raised their voice at me and told me I was responsible for paying for all of those days that my rental sat at the dealership even though they were the ones at fault. Will not use enterprise again, they will fault you and charge you for things that aren't your fault.

Bobby has great customer service! I called about 5 other locations and he had the most professionalism and even though there were no cars avaliable, he put me on a wait list in case a car shows up
