I have been to Phoenix once. I had an urgent job and found a deal with Enterprise through Carla app. I was ready to pay for a high price but I found a really good offer as well as a great service by Enterprise. Really appreciate it!

Set up rental and pick up online and she even went a little out of her area to pick up my boyfriend Roger Boyd I was surprised to see a low rating so wanted to assure we had a great experience with this location. I can't remember the driver name but she was extremely nice and helpful.

Hyatt location is ABOVE 5 STARS, they treat you like family

Went to pick up a car.  Hours posted online and at desk are until 600pm. I arrived 30 mins prior and they were gone.

It was basically like the Seinfld episode.  I booked the reservation but the car I had booked wasn't there.

Better then Hertz
