Randy provides some of the best customer service I have every experienced. We have had Randy come out for 3 separate issues in the last year, septic pumping, septic backup and standing water in the yard. He not only explains everything he is doing but also educates and answers all of your questions. He came out for a free consult to check the standing water in the yard and let us know it wasn't sewage related and suggested a possible fix by installing a curtain drain and suggested contacts in the area. He is always responsive and even calls back on the weekends!

Called Randy. He came out in less than an hour. Was super nice and showed me the corroded bolt that was causing a problem. Also gave some advide for future maintence. Highly recommend.

They never answer their phone. Called them 3 different days at different times of the business day. Left a voice message. No call back. Decided to call P&P, got an answer.

Randy at Enviro Tech has always been the guy I call for my septic service, he is very professional and friendly. I had a problem with my pumping station and he gave me some advice on a do it yourself repair, and he was exactly right, a nice cheap and easy fix. I will never call anyone else!
