I was harassed by a “security guard” from this company this past weekend. Will be following up with complaints to corporate and letting everyone I know how awful they treat the people they’re supposed to “guard”. Might I add this was at a 4 star hotel where we were guests.
Complete fail, I asked an on duty security guard for help, he shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I witnessed the same security officer being instructed by his supervisor and other event staff on what to do/not do and then disregard their instructions when he was alone again. More training is definitely needed.
