Scheduler not that friendly and tries to guilt trip you. Other than that I believe this company is a good place. Oh and they really don't pay enough.
Horrible company to work for ran by people who don’t care for anyone but themselves.
My wedding venue required that we had a security guard present when alcohol was being served, which made me a little uncomfortable. But JBM was easy to work with, communicative, and blended in at the wedding. Randy handled our questions and billing, and Austin was our guard. All in all, an easy and positive experience!

My shop's alarm would not set as the system went down. We called JBM Patrol and Protection and they monitored my business from Friday 8/21 until Monday 8/23 on two hour's notice. I was so thankful for the help.
