Epic Pool Service & Repair

These guys were cleaning my pool for about a year without a pool vacuum in it. They never let me know that it was broken and that I needed to replace one. This is a rental property, and they let me go a whole year without a pool vacuum and then complain to me that they couldn't keep the pool clean. Not very thorough at what they do and they're starting to get a little sloppy. I would advise contacting somebody else. Also Diana who runs the business and doesn't reply to emails in a timely fashion. Good luck if you decide to work with this company. It's a shame, they were so good for many years, but I guess they're getting sick of what they do.

Joe, is great. Always on time and goes out of his way to help. When my husband passed away, I knew nothing about our pool and he took over. A great company, thank you.

Epic Pool Services has been the best! I have used a few pool cleaning companies and finally found one that takes care of everything. This company comes at times that non-invasive and we get friendly service with no questions asked if we need to make a payment on a different date! We will use this company as long as we keep this property! Thank you so much for the hard work!

Had them repaint a pool and after putting everything back together the vacuum has never worked. This is a vacuum that was purchased from them and they won’t come out and look at it or fix it without charging a service call. Pretty pitiful when I was more than accommodating with the multiple schedule changes they needed and this wasn’t anything caused by me. Wouldn’t recommend.

Joe has been maintaining our pool for 9 months now and he is very good! This is a heck of a good company you won't regret hiring them!
