My family and I have truly been blessed to have Eric in our lives. We went in to Root Mortgage to see Eric just on a whim to see if we might even be close enough to qualify/approved for a Home Mortgage. It was such a relief to work with Eric and how he explained things to my wife and I, truly made understanding everything so easy. All of the hard work my wife and I have endured had finally paid off. After hours text messages, weekend text messages, emails, and any other way of communication Eric was great. Communication between Eric and our Realtor was phenomenal. We found our home and closed on it in less than a month. Of course we made sure to have all our ducks in a row and it was easy peasy from there.
