The gym is very nice (went there 3 years ago and it was not nice at all). Susan is awesome!! Does a great job and very helpful. Can't wait to start throwing some events there with my men's basketball team.

Today I was invited to speak to a group of senior men at the Ernest T. Ford Recreation Center in Highland Park. The facility was very nice with a large basketball court. This is a great place for a community event and I was happy to speak with these older men about their health and wellness. - Dr. Paul Thomas
