Kendra, I could tell, was very talented and knowledgeable about difficult hair types. I should have made an appt with her instead of the girl I got. She was very sweet and friendly but very young in her career. She had to have another stylist help with my cut, which still wasn't right but the girl who helped her was very busy with her own clients which i totally understand..I got scared that she was gonna really gouge it up if I let her continue chopping, and then after 2 washes my color completely fell out and my hair was almost orange and blonde instead of fuchsia and amethyst. Very disappointed. I contacted her after the "2 wash fallout" and sent her pics , she never offered to fix my hair. To me, 200$ is alot of money to other average workers as well I assume for a cut and color that was obviously done wrong. The fallout should have never happened. See pics below. I will book with Kendra from now on. The cut was supposed to be a stacked inverted bob and my color was supposed to be copper and amethyst ... I liked the color she used anyway so I went with it. Now the color is all gone and I have orange hair.

Jeri is a expert colorist! Love the way she does my hair. She has such a pleasant personality too.

Clean, and friendly salon. Several ladies work here and I got a great hair cut today and she gave me excellent information on how to keep my hair healthy.
