Great Clips

Ladies were friendly and welcoming and helpful. Online check in is also nice, I had an 83 minute wait, so I went and did some shopping before I ever even went to Great Clips. They send you a text giving you a 15 minute until appointment, so you can get there on time . I had a quick haircut ,needed about 6 inches off but still felt like she cared about me and made it pleasant to have my hair cut. We keep going back. And would recommend

I had a great experience going to this location, it was fairly easy to locate and get into. While they had three appointments come through I was still able to make my trip in under half an hour. I have to say I enjoy the hair cut I received and do plan to return as a regular customer.

Checked in online. Said 0 min wait, walked inside, they said 8 minute wait. 30 minutes later we ran out of time and had to leave. HOWEVER, we did get to watch three stylists congregate around one customer's haircut for 20 minutes. Everybody in the waiting area was completely incredulous! So frustrating. The insincere, completely condescending, "So sorry." at the end really sent me over the edge. Horrible experience. We won't be going back.

I love going to the King Ave Great Clips. I've established some good relationships here and enjoy most of the ladies here. I'm sure there are other capable ladies but my favorites are Ellie and Mandy!
