Jazzaline is great. Whole staff is polite and friendly. Place is super clean. My hairdresser takes her time with me so that I can relax like salons used to. They pamper you each time. Sent my son for haircut and he was very pleased.

The hair stylist here are very professional and so nice especially Sophie and Liz. They're the best for your hair color changes and cuts

Very rude and disrespectful. Doesn't really know what they are doing. She told me she didnt After being told that they do and would do it. Got so much attitude just for asking yes or no questions. Never going back there again.

This people have the worst customer service ever. I made an appointment for my mom, arrive on time & they are literally CLUELESS!!!!! This is the 2nd time they do that & me giving them the benefit of the doubt!!!!! Never Again...
