Great Clips

It's a hit or miss with who you get whether the haircut will look good or not. This time it just wasn't that good, putting it nicely. The guy who did my husbands haircut was nice but it didn't quite hit the mark with what he was wanting. The front looks great but the back looks.. awkward.Service: Haircut

They make a concerted effort to make sure their salon is as clean as possible. Each station is cleaned very well shelf to floor before the next client is welcomed over. Check in online. They txt you with 15min out, or will just allow you to check in even if it's only a 5min wait. You can even request a specific hair stylist. It may be a bit longer wait, but they will let you know when you get to the store. I'm personally attached to Nicole, who works and the D.I. location and the Sahara location. Very personable and she listens on how you want your hair cut!

Great service. I got a haircut, beard and eyebrow trim for 18.00. Good price. I left a $4.00 tip so all together $22.00. Still very economical.

I was in for my step son to get a haircut.. the lady Katie did a beautiful job and was so Polite, but two other stylist were trashing about another employee for being out sick and I did not care to hear that…. Besides who wants a sick employee cutting your child’s hair. I seen in another complaint about employees working while sick. Stay home please!! I m going to try another Great Clips..Service: Haircut

2 HOUR WAIT AND NO SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE, I got to the salon around 2:30pm they checked me in and asked me to wait for an hour and a half. I came back at 4:05pm, the exact time this lady Nicole, asked me to. However they had taken someone else so I waited another 20 mins, when they got done they still talked between them, counted their tips, then Nicole said to take a sit on her chair and for me to wait because she had to do laundry. WAITING, 2 hours later I told her if she could take care of me first because I had waited for two hours already. She started raising her voice at me and told me that they do not do appointments and that she was busy. She said "my name is Nicole AND I AM THE STORE MANAGER"! At this point I didn't want her to touch me or cut my hair. Nicole you are More like MANAJERK! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO "great clips"

I went in to get a haircut tonight and only two workers were there. The women who called me up to give me my haircut just now was clearly very sick. Sweating, coughing the whole time cutting the person before me, can barely talk, very out of breath. When they call me up, I ask if they are ok, they said no terrible, they are very sick. I said I’m ok I don’t want a haircut anymore, and they said they are fine they have a mask. Lol. I left without getting a cut. This women is putting peoples safety at risk

After an easy online appt was made. Showed up 10min before and was in & out in a very good time with a great hair cut.

Reasonable prices, efficient service and hair cutters who listen to your requests. It's better to check in with the Great Clips app if you're so inclined. There are many employees, but they keep records of the specifics of your haircut. It's pretty unlikely that you will get the same stylist two times in a row. All in all, a good choice for a quick cut.
