Supercuts

Today we had Sam cut my 10 year old sons hair. My complaint isn’t with Sam. My complaint is with the man “working” security. This man had a hat on, sun glasses, long face mask, Combat boots and a gun on his hip. Sat in the hair washing station on his phone but when she would finished a haircut HE would clean up the station for her. So I’m assuming he wasn’t security and was probably her husband or something. She started my sons hair cut after looking at a quick picture with not really a lot of questions and the security guy walks over and says you cant stand here, you need to go to the lobby… NEVER in 10 years I’ve never been told im not allowed to watch my kid get their hair cut. Like he’s 10 he will tell you to just cut across the front and say it’s good… We was the only people in there and she was the only hairstylist so it wasn’t like I was standing in the way of anyone. I was standing in front of the chair in the station next to her. I went to the lobby and she would yell out for me to walk back over to ask me about his hair, than I’d walk back to the lobby. When she was done she didn’t ask me to come back over she just yelled out hows it look mom? and im just like well from 30 feet away it look fine...Service: Kids' cuts

Sam cut and did exactly what I wanted, she did a great job and I will come back to her again. The experience was nice and relaxed.

Lacy is amazing! She has cut and done fun colors on my boys hair! She listens to what they want. They are hard to please kids! It's a nice big clean salon.

Cassandra was the one who cut my 4 yo son's hair today. She did amazing and was patient with my son. She took her time and made sure his hair came out right. I really appreciate it. Was there at 9am today and they have a sign saying they would be closed on Wednesday here it is Thursday and still no one there. i spent $15 each way for uber for nothing.

I got a haircut this Saturday and Samantha ward the one did it and she messed up my hair, she trimmed my hair all the way down, when I told her to trim my hair the top part a little bit and number 2 in the edges but she kept on cutting and cutting until all I got was number 3 on the top. I'm in good hands when I'm with Elsa, she's very good, but she wasn't there yesterday so I decided to give Sam a shot but how I regret it.

I went in as a walk in hoping that the wait time wouldn't be too bad. A family got in just before me. I expected that they would acknowledge them or myself when they had chance so I waited behind them. An older man walked asked about a senior cut and was told to sign in at the counter. I didn't know that I needed to because no one told me and I was never asked before. I know that they were busy just takes seconds to ask if you are a walk in or have an appointment. It will be a while if I come back.

I came for a trim of my hair, And it came out really nice, and I told her to also Style my beard, but she failed to say it was $15 more for just the beard, if she would have said that I would have told her I can cut my own beer at home with my machine.
