Getting a lawyer. This shop put an engine in my car that they got from a junkyard. No paperwork to prove the engine was good to begin with. They kept saying it was “word of mouth” that it was good. 8 months later and an oil change done within that time the engine quits working. They say the engine had no oil in it, refuse to honor the warranty and will not speak to me anymore about it. Very shady and refuses to provide any information further. This place has been in business for years and I trusted that. Ethics is certainly no longer part of their business practice.

Yesterday I had a strange noise in my car & didn’t really know what to do or who to go to so I googled “best car service” near my address & these guys came up with a 5 star rating. So I’m thinking ok, I’ll try them! When I got there I was met by Josh and was told they were very busy & I would have to leave my car. Well I couldn’t do that & we talked a little more about the noise & he called a worker over who was waiting on a part for another car & he drove my car & heard the noise. Then Josh said there was time for them to look under the hood & see what was making the noise. The mechanic found it right away, something loose, fixed it with a couple of bolts and I was ready to go!! I think it might have been 45 min to an hour. They really don’t know how happy I was It’s important to an older single woman to have people like this in businesses. They made my day. I will be going back for my car repairs in the future & will be recommending them to others as well. Thanks again Josh & company from this “Meemaw”

We had a flat late one night and was leaving the next morning for a wedding in Kansas City, mo, but everything was closed for the night. We called Etscorn &Sons the next morning and explained the situation. My husband spoke to Mike who gave his individual attention to my husband and our dilemma. Mike coordinated with his associates to have a set of tires picked up and and back onsite to installed and had us on the road in 1/2 hours. What service!!! My husband said he just found his repair shop for all future needs for our car. Thanks to Mike and Etscorn & Sons!

This is the only place I will take my vehicle to be serviced. The staff is always kind and I know that I will always be quoted a fair price. I highly recommend. 10/10!
